Saturday, 26 August 2000. Today the Academy Supporters Club attended the ADFA Rams, Division 2 ACTAFL Grand Final, against Kingston in Quenbeyan. A well supported game with over 200 ADFA supporters including the COMDT, DCOMDT, COMTW, COMCW, and various OCs and DOs. ADFA started off badly in the first quarter. In the second quarter they stepped up the pace and hit the lead strongly. Unfortunately, Kingston rose to the challenge in the third quarter and made the scores more even. In the final quarter, both teams came out strong, but 3 quick goals by Kingston crushed the spirit of ADFA and Kingston went on to win comfortably. Unsure of the final score because by that time we were more pissed off at the umpires and ready the belt the crap out of the bloody Dobbo supporters of Kingston.
